"Very Unhappy"
I would stay away from this brand. We had a problem with the finish and
the cabinets peeling from day one. They sent a rep out and replaced half
of the doors, but now they peeling as well. Every cabinet near the sink
looks like they are 50 years old.

"Totally Pissed Off"
After we opened the boxes from Decora, the nightmare begun. We ordered
about 25 cabinets (paid a fortune for them), we found damaged parts,
wrong color (Arlington instead of Teaberry), wrong size, wrong outside
finishes (suppose to be painted whiled it was unfinished), missing tray
divider, missing utensil organizer, much cheaper substitute for Lazy
Susan and Spice Rack, etc. The project is delayed big time. Anything
that can be possibly or impossibly wrong went wrong! I have been asking
for a refund, as of now, I have not got a penny back yet.

"Unhappy in Ardmore"
Seem to be having the same issue around color. Just got the cabinets and
the finish is smeared and doesn't look new. Decora is testing the door,
would have preferred new cabinet doors. Sounds like from other posts
that this problem won't get resolved with new doors. They seem to have a
problem with their finish process. Stay away! Too bad, cabinets seem to
otherwise be well made.

"Bad choice and Decora doesn't care about their customer"
There seems to be a theme here... Decora takes NO responsibility for the same complaint. The color comes off the cabinets to the point that it looks as though they have no color. The trim and molding has separated from the cabinet box, the rep. said, the company stated I am responsible for these issues. I had NO idea I would need a new kitchen in 4 years!!Don't even think about buying from Decora!

"The worst choice...please choose another line!"
I have had the worst experience with Decora cabinets. I had the cabinets for 6 months when the color came off the face of the cabinet. People think that I have 'unfinished cabinets' or at best, shabby chic! We'll see if they do anything b/c they are an absolute disgrace!! I would love to add a picture for all to see.

"Cabinets to fit your Kitchen"
The cabinets in my kitchen you will notice are made for a very tall people. The brand of cabinets I currently own is Decora, and they are wonderful cabinets that have a great look. I am very tall so it makes sense to see that is one reason why these cabinets are great. The cabinets are about five years old and do not look worn at all. They have never needed repairs or anything like that. I found nothing I didn't like about these cabinets. The cabinets span from one full wall to another full wall. The kitchen they are in is rectangular in shape, so the cabinets cover half of the kitchen. That is plenty of space for all your pans and dishes. I would buy the brand again if I moved out of the house I live and I have recommended these to a friend who actually ended up buying them.

"Poor quality, bad choice-aviod"
The house is 2 yeard old, Decora was very expensive. Cream white with a coffee glaze finish. Poorly constructed, wood joints seperating, paint peels off if it is near moisture, the doors under the sink have peeled from minimal moisture, drawer fronts were manufactured crooked, I had to tweak them into position, first round of cabs were so bad, the builder insisted that all new doors were sent as replacements-left to me to install!! pass on this brand, I contacted decora-no response at all. There is better out there for less $.
