History
KraftMaid was founded in Ohio in 1969. The company pioneered the "semi-custom" segment of the cabinet
industry. KraftMaid is a division of the Masco Corporation of Taylor, Michigan.

KraftMaid offers a limited lifetime warranty. This states that the cabinetry will be free of material or
workmanship defects as long it is owned by the original buyer. KraftMaid may elect to repair or replace
products by this warranty. The warranty does not cover wood's aging or natural variation or growth
characteristics. Replacement parts are subject to availability. The warranty does not cover items
purchased without a finish. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage or defects caused by:
- Abuse
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Alteration
- Non-residential use
- Improper installation, storage, or handling
