Warranty
Hampton Bay offers a limited lifetime warranty on finished cabinets and a 1 year warranty on unfinished cabinets. This warranty states that the cabinetry will be free of substantial material or workmanship defects under normal home use. The warranty may not be transferred when the house changes hands. Instead of a refund, Hampton Bay may elect to repair or replace products covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover wood's aging, variation, or if it does not exactly match models shown in examples. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage or defects caused by:
- Improper transportation, installation, storage, or handling
- Commercial use
- Abuse
- Misuse
- Neglect
- Alterations
- Environmental conditions
- Natural disasters
