"Good enough to get the job done"
After a week of using this cabinet I can say that it does it's job of keeping wine cool. Cuisinart is a solid brand, and if my other appliances are any indication, this unit will continue to work. Moreover, the operation is quiet and constantâ€"even managing to maintain a constant temperature despite changes in ambient air and humidity (this time of year can swing wildly). However, the fit and build quality do not match the rest of the decor in my kitchen. While it appears as if it is stainless, closer inspection reveals the low attention to detail. The handle feels flimsy and the stainless resembles aluminum more than something high end. Perhaps it is the unit I received, but customer service seemed to indicate that this is what we can expect from the product. In short, this will keep wine at the desired temperature, the high price and glossy finish on the box leaves something to be desired.

"Cuisinart 8 Bottle Wine Cellar Review"
I purchased the Cuisinart 8-bottle wine cellar in May of 2011. I've owned if for 7 months and it has been working great. The wine cellar has a very sleek design that fits in well with our other appliances. It's very quiet and small enough to fit in a tight space. The cellar holds 8 bottles of wine on chrome-steeled racks. It keeps the wine at an optimal temperature. It has a light inside as well as a display light. On the outside of the cellar, you can see the temperature. It easily wipes clean. I don't have any complaints about this wine cellar! I have not had any problems with it in the time that we have had it. I always recommend this cellar to friends and family. It's made by Cuisinart, so you know you're getting a quality product with a good company behind it. There are many websites that have this brand/model on sale which makes it an even smarter purchase.
