"Sanyo SR-3770S, nice, compact, quiet fridge (so far) with one problem"
The Sanyo SR-3770S is a great compact fridge. While I have heard negative complaints about it from other buyers, I have yet to experience any problems. I've owned the fridge for 6 months. I received it free of any dents, scratches etc. and I have to admit, it is a nice looking appliance. Form factor aside, the best thing about this fridge is how quiet it is. I live in a one story house and my bedroom is actually quite close to the kitchen, so I would not be able to tolerate a noisy fridge. But all can't be good with any product and there is one major problem I have with this fridge. The freezer packs on ice and an abnormal rate (abnormal to me anyway) and I find myself often scraping off excess ice (multiple times a month). Still, that problem aside, the fridge is perfectly functional and looks/sounds great and I haven't had to get it repaired. It is functioning the same way it did the day I got it. I would recommend this fridge to anyone who values form factor and quietness a lot. If you really need a quiet fridge (like me), the silence of this appliance more than makes up for the ice build up.
