"Water problem on this whirlpool"
After about 5 years with my Kirkland ST21HPXPQ00 by Whirlpool refrigerator, the freezer stopped being frost free. And worse, water was finding its way into the lower refrigerator portion. I finally got to the point where I took everything out and let it completely defrost for 2 days. I thought that would have solved any frozen water clogging issues, but the problem returned. If the refrigerator wasn't so big, I would take it back to Costco. But I keep trudging along with it. An appliance like this shouldn't fail after 5 years like this.
