"Rust Fridge Door"
I bought a Refrigerator about 6 yrs ago and the door if Fridge started rusting about 2 years ago at bottom, I covered it with sticky she'll paper, now the whole door is covered in rust. Never in my 70 years have I seen this. Why?

"22 Years and it still works perfectly"
I purchased my first fridge in 1992 at the age of 26. This motor keeps running and works like a champ? I would like to buy another Estate fridge - hopefully whirlpool refrigerators are as reliable as Estate Fridge. Exciting!

I wrote ll/8/10 and no answer today.Model#TS25CFXTQ01 Ser.#HRU1710634. Refrigerators under normal use, parts inside such as shelves and crisper drawers should last the life of the refrigerator. Mine, the top shelf slider and top crisper slider broke about 2 yrs.ago. I do not think this is normal and I should not have to pay for replacement part. I sm writing to customer support dept. for some help on this matter. Please help on this matter of importance to me and my faith in your company. Thanking you in Advance.
