"Magic Cool is great IMHO"
After 10 years of Virginia weather on my deck cooling canned beverages
this little workhorse gave out. Besides the compressor there are only 2
parts to malfunction, found them on line and it took all of 5 minutes to
install. It is quietly doing it's job, on the deck, cooling cans. I hope
to get another 10 years out of it.

"Avanti model IMR27SS"
Problems with this Avanti model from the beginning. Bought this online from a known reseller of compact refrigerators and wine coolers. Paid approx. $800 for this unit. Some of the problems were leaking underneath which ruined our wood flooring. Ice maker made ice but would melt as soon as it made. All the cubes stick together. Refrigerator section would freeze drinks and coke cans explode in the refrigerator. We took it to a repairman and he cannot fix since he cannot find the parts(Avanti does not have these parts) and a universal part will not work. He said the motor didn't look like the one that should come with the fridge and it was missing a fan. I fully believe we were sold a used unit. We now have a piece of junk taking up room in our garage.
We will never buy an Avanti and from the company that sold it to us.

"terrible customer service"
the customer service department was rude and not at all helpfull, i was hung up on twice and was given a very nasty attitude by the woman on the phone, i dont recomend that anyone waste there time trying to get help from these people... THEY SUCK
