"Wood-mode"
My 25 year old wood-mode cabinets' excellence is surpassed only by the
customer service I received. They matched more cabinets for me perfectly
and when I damaged an old glide on the bottom of a drawer, they had it
in the mail immediately--no charge.

"Embassy, raised curved panel/cherry"
My Embassy/cherry/raised panel cabinets were installed in my kitchen in
1984 - fantastic. They look almost new after much use, since I run a b &
b and do all the cooking in this kitchen. My changes in the next month
are to change the handles to update this great cupboards and to install
another cupboard in a spot that was not available at the time of the
first installation.

"Hinges"
I see someone on here says that the hinges break - from a 1996 job. I am
a WoodMode dealer and have been since 1984. Hinges do break from time to
time (they have vastly improved them in the last 10 years so this does
not seem to be a problem anymore) - but I know for a fact that WoodMode
will send you new hinges to replace the broken ones at no charge! So,
this person simply needs to contact their dealer, or if they are no
longer around, contact WoodMode and they will send them out. No need to
bad mouth a great company!

"I will never buy anything But woodmode again"
I can't tell you enough how much I love my Woodmode Cabinets. They are the best cabinets I have ever owned and I will not be buying different cabinets ever again. I have owned the cabinets for 6 years and they have held up beautifully. They are still in the shape that I bought the in those 6 years ago. My favorite thing about them is the fact that they do not need any maintenance, they are amazing. I really do not dislike a thing about the Woodmode cabinets that I own. I have never had to repair a thing on my Woodmode cabinets and don't believe I will ever have to, they are that good. I would buy the same brand of cabinets again in a heartbeat. I love them and I have recommended them to many friends, two of whom have actually since bought the same brand and say the same things that I do. Woodmode cabinets are the best cabinets I have ever owned.

"Brookhaven II Kitchen Cabinets"
These cabinets, installed in 1996, have highly unsatisfactory hinge assemblies that constantly crack and break. The fault lies in a hard plastic insert in the hinge which does not stand up under normal usage.
Am urgently looking for a replacement hinge for the cabinets in my kitchen.

"Disappointing Wood Mode Project"
I had a WoodMode kitchen and ancillary room installed over four months last year. The job is not done as of date. There were so many errors where the kitchen designer had to reorder sections of kitchen that did not come correctly from the WoodMode factory in Kreamer, PA. Wood Mode rep decided to put some factory flubs as "warranty work." They agreed to replace the errors but I was told that these items are no longer eligible for warranty coverage. Huh?
