"Should have googled reviews before ordering"
Hard to deal with the company. They only work with companies, not directly with customers. If you are having issues with your contractor, you are out of luck! One of the cabinets was not measured correctly, so I am stuck with it. Mary Wilson, THANK YOU FOR NOTHING! Quality is horrible: doors joints have big gaps, cheaply made, doors are noisy when opened or closed because they are not caulked/fit to the doors frames. You can actually bend door panels with your fingers. My contractor, TLG Tile Inc, recommended this manufacturer - I believe that they may be getting % of sale? I see no reputable contractor suggesting this garbage. I wish I could attach pictures and videos to the review!

"Horrible Company. Do Not Order"
Terrible company. I ordered a kitchen in Oct. 2021 for a custom house. I still dont have any cabinets. They changed delivery date about 5 times and just again pushed delivery to 6/26/22. Will NEVER do any business with them again. Their response is to deal with it or cancel. Do not recommend

"Terrible experience"
Where do I start? Poor craftmanship, poor finish and terrible representatives. Andrew Blevin was no help at all and neither was his boss Chris Evans.... They just want to give excuses of why this order is still not right after 7 months of dealing with them. Pay a little extra and get a quality cabinet. These are junk...

"Wolf Cabinets Kitchen"
Product Experience is very bad here, I'm seeing cracks in the paint and chips almost everywhere. I contacted them back in 2018 when the cabinets were still in warranty. I was contacted by a rep who provided me with a repair kit. I was able to repair some of them but it slowly got worse and worse. Now I have one that just looks terrible because it's had to be patched 20+ times. I contacted them again to see if there was anything they could do but they asked that I contact a dealer to purchase new doors. Spending that much on cabinetry just to be told you have to re-buy new ones is not a great customer experience. Yes, these are now older cabinets (total 7 years) but this issue occurred a few (2-3) years after normal use.

"Beware"
I started a major kitchen remodel in January selecting cabinet doors with a chocolate glaze. The sample was perfect. Cabinets arrived mid April, but 2 were missing plus the glaze was inconsistent with visible blemishes. Several replacement doors were ordered. Shipment #2 arrived early July. These were worse than the originals, very sloppy. No company representative would come to inspect inferior quality. Requested new doors without glaze. Shipment #3 arrived mid August. Over half the doors had joints visible. Partial replacements were ordered. Shipment #4 arrived mid October. They looked perfect but didn't match the color of the 3rd shipment. Had original doors put back on. Done messing with these people.

"Poor quality"
Saved and waited years to remodel. Contractor stated Wolf was good quality for money. My cabinet doors are scarred and coming apart at each joint. My contractor states they have difficulty getting replacements form Wolf. Wolf won't talk to me they will only deal with contractors. Stay away from Wolf cabinets

"Absolute trash"
My contractor said they only use wolf cabinets because of the quality. I told him i used Ikea in a rental unit in the past and was pleased with how it's still in good condition after 10 years. These wolf pieces of trash... Right out of the box, not square, broken pieces, paint missing, and flimsy construction. They are partially installed and i want them out. Thise Ikea cabinets were literally leaps and bounds better even much less expensive.

"Poor Workmanship and Poor Customer Service"
The cabinets were installed 3 months ago in my brand new home by the dealer, Bailey Industries that installs for Maronda Homes. These cabinets are the worst quality I have ever seen for the price that was paid. They are already chipping, have many blemishes and scratches, peeling at the seems, and tops of drawers are not even painted all the way through, you can see the wood (MDF) coming through. It is so sad that even after replacing a couple with worse than the original cabinets and multiple escalations with Maronda Homes, the President of Bailey Industries and Wolf themselves, all they are going to do is send me a touch up kit for free... Wow, what utter garbage! All three companies are only out for themselves and don't care about their product or their customers!

"Waste of energy"
I have been waiting a year and a half for a replacement door. The door was warped when it was installed and the installer referred me to the vendor, Cabinets Direct. After six months of dealing with them I tried the company direct. Of courses they sent me back to the vendor. All I have gotten so far is they have sent 3 doors, without hinges, that don't match the color. I had to send them a piece of left over toe kick to match since apparently they don't know what color they used. They were not custom cabinests but not the inexpensive cabinets either. For the money I should be able to get what I ordered.

"Wolf terrible cabinets"
I received wolf cabinets back in September 2020. I ordered white uppers and Biscayne blue lowers. Upon receipt all cabinets were damaged. The blue cabinets had white paint showing through the paint on all lower cabinets. The joints showed through completely as if a puzzle piece. There was damage to the units from the factory. Cabinets were dropped before I received them and they were still sent t me. The white cabinets had such a bad coat of paint that you could still see the wood underneath, dents chips and what ever you could imagine. We returned the whole kitchen. Round 2 wolf sends another kitchen with the same issues. Workmanship is terrible. Wolf rep had every excuse -he said expect white paint to show through the blue paint because the base coat is white, sales increased therefore workmanship decreased, Menenites are their workforce and good work is hard to find. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

"Bad kitchen cabinets"
ordered kitchen cabinets, got cheap, poor quality with a lot of damage and does not match the drawing. They don't want to fix everything. Out of 13 cabinets, only 4 are normal. The paint is terrible, these cabinets will fall apart very quickly. The manager and staff are rude and impolite. Almost a year we can't decide anything. Fraudsters. If you do not want to lose time, money and health, never order products in the wolf!

"Carmel"
I was talked into purchasing from Siewers Lumber in Richmond, Va. which carries this brand. It didn't take too long to get the cabinets except for 2 large double cabinets for the laundry room and 2 upper cabinets for the kitchen. When the laundry cabinets came in there were NO shelves included! It took over a month and a half and I only received 4!!! Our contractor called and the rest came a month later. When our contractor came to put the shelving up along with other minor items to complete our kitchen he found that the holes for the shelving pins were too small! The only 2 options were (1) have someone from Siewers Lumber come over and drill the holes or (2) have someone from Wolf come or mail the shelving pins. It is over 2 weeks and I am still waiting. I have had 5 homes and 4 of them I had kitchens remodeled. I went thru Home Depot and used Kraft Maid all 4 times and didn't have any major issues with cabinets. Never again to Wolf and Siewers. Will never recommend them for anything.

"Finish is coming off after 3 years."
First time I have ever seen this . The stain job from factory was not prepped.. I I Won't call company-- won't buy again. won't use on our worst client. Stain peeling off at corners and joinery spots on doors. Structurally nice units. Finisher should be replaced by a robot! Quality control is important when creating any finished product. It happens. Will refinish at own expense.

"Poor packaging and damaged cabinets"
I am going through my second round of receiving damaged cabinets from Wolf, procured through ProSource. The cabinets come in damaged due to poor packaging which should be easily avoidable. The cabinets come in with no corner guards and no strapping and it’s silly to me that they don’t spend a few extra bucks to protect their work. They are quick to replace but you run the same risks with them. Supposedly they are changing some of their practices after the first of the year but I’m not holding my breath. If you haven’t committed to them yet, I would recommend considering another brand and ask up front whether they have issues with damaged shipments.
