"Worst Experience"
We just finished building a David Weekly home, and they use Timberlake
as one of their vendors. I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism
exhibited by their ordering office. They have repeatedly disregarded our
wishes, and in trying to rectify their mistake, have only continued to
make more. My fiance and I have spent a ridiculous amount of time away
from work in order for this company to give us the product we ordered,
with no result. Our saga is this: instead of drilling no holes so we
could install the custom pulls we wanted, Timberlake had their
installers drill holes for knobs or every cabinet door and drawer. We
had them replace all doors, and instead they patched those they thought
we could keep. Outraged, we had them remove all the doors. On their
third trip to our home, they only brought half of the doors. On the
fourth trip, they were still missing two cabinet doors. Timberlake has
the layout and plans for our kitchen, as they are customer cabinets. They
could bother to look at them before they waste our time repeatedly. The
only plus is that they're wasting their own time and money as well.

"Worst cabinets ever"
These are the cheapest and most poorly constructed cabinets I've ever
had. I've had my Ryan home for 3 1/2 years and have 5-6 broken drawer
boxes and 3 split cabinet doors. It's been an ongoing issue. The drawer
box is not wood but particle board which is merely glued and stapled
together. The front of the drawers keep ripping off of the box breaking
the particle board apart. The cherry faces of the cabinets have also
split vertically. My first home which was less than half the cost of our
current home had better quality cabinets than I have now.

"Foil wrap"
I have the foil cabinets and every door the foil is coming loose. I would not buy these cabinets again.
