"Maple Pearl"
Just got our cabinet a couple of weeks ago, not even fully installed yet. Mostly of good cabinetry, it does take 3 weeks to delivery. I have several issues. Our representative just blows them off. From the looks of things it will do no good to contact the company. First of all they were not as white as the sample, almost pink at times, (Representative said he could do nothing about that) bead board panels had white in the groves where finish did not get into (his answer was to scrape it out so it does not show) I might add, I have 5 panels and they were not cheep, bad miter corner (he says just turn it upside down you won't see it) Rough cut edges (he says that's just where they saw) Now does this sound professional to you? After other reviews I am concerned. It may be the warranty is only as good as the seller! You be your own judge.

"If you're considering buying these cabinets...DON'T!!!"
If there was an "extremely unsatisfied" rating, Medallion definitely
would be getting it because, as another reviewer stated, the quality of
the finished product doesn't come close to their samples or pictures and
their customer service is absolutely horrible.
I've been trying to work through Medallion's area sales representative for four months to get the problems resolved with my top-of-the-line cabinets. My emails and voice mails go unanswered, so I have to do followups. I've asked for a customer service representative to work with but haven't been successful in getting past the representative.
Based on my experiences, Medallion wants to project its cabinets as high quality but doesn't want to do the work to meet high quality standards. Their handling of customer complaints (or lack thereof)shows their disregard for their customers and is an evasive action to not take responsibility for not meeting the expectations that they give customers.

"Medallion cabinets from independent supplier beat the big box stores"
I completed a kitchen remodel two years ago, and a major part of it was new cabinets. After looking at several brands offered through big box stores, we ended up going through a local supplier and purchasing Medallion cabinets. Things I liked were that the price was actually a little better than the big box stores, we had more options ordering, and rather than having them delivered to our house, they were shipped to the supplier, and our contractor was able to go pick them up right when they were needed. I haven't had to do any repairs, although we did need to order one piece of trim when we made a slight design change in the middle of the job. We were able to have the new trim shipped out in about a week. I'm very happy with these cabinets, and not only would, but have, recommended them to friends. If I had to do it over, I'd go for Medallion again.

"Medallion Pecan Cherry Cabinets"
Do not buy Medallion cabinets. They do not stand behind their product. I bought Pecan Cherry Cabinets which looked nice when installed but after a year turned different colors. The colors were not only within each cabinet door/drawer but adjacent cabinets had different primary colors, red, orange, gold, and brown I purchased (based on the one door I was shown by the retailer) a soft looking, contemporary, consistent looking cabinet but instead got harsh looking, rustic and extremely varied cabinets. After months of haggling with Medallion, they claim the cabinets are "in spec", yet their own refinisher remarked to me how bad they looked. I was extrememly clear with their retail representative as to the "look" I wanted, and what I got is exactly the opposite. When I told the Medallion rep of these conversations, the representative said that if the retail rep misrepresented the cabinets that it is NOT THEIR responsiblity. Nor, is it their responsibility to make sure there is a full display on hand that is representative of their product. Nor, does it matter that the cherry cabinets in their brochure are all consistent, soft looking, attractive cabinets.
I intend to pursue action against both the retailer and the manufacturer. We spent too much money on these cabinets not to. In addition, I believe in principle and standing behind your product.

"self"
My Maple cabinets with a white pearl glaze are delamiating. They feel like they were stored in the rain. The are not even 5 years old. I can't get anyone to honor my warranty. The business that I bought them from it no longer in business.
